The Rector of Swiss-SASEM
Swiss-SASEM is a private business school established in Switzerland. It operates under the Swiss constitutional principle of economic freedom, which permits private institutions to offer higher education courses and issue private degrees without prior state authorisation, provided that such institutions do not use designations reserved under the Swiss Federal Act on Funding and Coordination of the Higher Education Sector (HEdA).
Swiss-SASEM degrees are private Swiss qualifications. They are not issued by the Swiss state. The right of Swiss-SASEM to use its institutional name has been confirmed by a Swiss court decision.
The MBA and DBA programmes of Swiss-SASEM are accredited by ARQA — an independent quality assurance agency officially recognised by the Republic of Kazakhstan and a full member of ENQA (European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education). Further information on accreditation and recognition is available on our Accreditation & Recognition page.
