A globally-oriented executive program drawing on the expertise of seasoned business leaders. Designed for ambitious professionals who want to deepen their strategic thinking and lead with confidence — without stepping away from their career.
Swiss-SASEM's MBA program is built on the conviction that effective leadership requires both breadth and depth — a broad command of international business disciplines combined with the ability to apply them in the real world. Our curriculum is regularly updated to reflect the challenges and opportunities of today's economy.
Classes are held in condensed 3-day seminars of 9 hours each, complemented by pre- and post-course tutorials and coursework. This format allows working executives to maintain their professional commitments while pursuing a rigorous academic qualification.
Every student benefits from Swiss-SASEM's personalised tutorial system: direct, ongoing access to experienced faculty who guide academic progress, research development, and professional growth throughout the programme.
The programme concludes with a substantial MBA Thesis Project of 18,000–22,000 words, allowing each student to make an original contribution to their chosen field of practice.
Each module is delivered as a condensed 3-day seminar of 9 hours per day — combining lectures, case studies, group work and practitioner insights.
Full online support between seminars via the Swiss-SASEM Moodle platform — resources, assignments, faculty communication and progress tracking.
Each student is assigned a personal tutor who provides continuous academic direction, thesis supervision, and career coaching throughout the programme.
